I was tasked with designing the face and communication roadmaps of the new Disaster Relief program for the American Red Cross, the RC Care, deployed in September of the same year.

Consulted for the American Red Cross in strategies for a more efficient communication and onboarding process for their new Disaster Cycles and Recovery System (DCRS)
Co-created guidelines for doctrine and training documents to be used by thousands of current and new volunteers around the country.
OUTCOMES ||
The redesigned design guidelines are out in the world as booklets, web pages and posters! Through a more efficient design, we managed to make instructions clearer, more intuitive and inclusive for all levels of literacy and technological savvy.
